Booking & Confirmation A booking is only confirmed when payment is received and verified.
Driver Requirements The renter must hold a valid driving licence and be 23–70 years old (depending on vehicle class).
Security Deposit A refundable deposit is required before the vehicle is handed over.
Insurance Coverage All vehicles include standard insurance unless otherwise specified. Any exclusions or damages not covered must be borne by the renter.
Mileage Limits Cars may have mileage limits depending on category. Extra mileage charges apply if exceeded.
Fuel Policy Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as provided.
Late Return Policy Late returns may incur daily/hourly charges.
Cross-Border Travel Required to be declared at the time of booking. Extra charges may apply.
Vehicle Condition Any new damage, interior stains, or misuse will be charged.
Chauffeur Services: Chauffeur hours and pricing dep end on service location & duration.
Company Rights: PrimeLux Drive reserves the right to refuse service to anyone violating rental rules or showing unsafe driving behavior.
